Why I Built This (And Why I Get What You're Going Through). Hi, I'm Michele.
I started my first business at fifty. No tech background. No startup experience. Just a camera and a vision.
That business taught me what most people never learn: passion alone doesn't scale. You need systems. You need leverage. You need to stop being the bottleneck.
Then my husband and I started our logistics company. August 3rd, 2020 and 14 employees. We started with thirty thousand dollars. By December 31st of that same year, we had made over a million in revenue. By 2023, we were doing eight figures in combined revenue. Now we have over 120 employees, operate 24/7, 363 days a year.
Running that company taught me something crucial: you can't scale by doing everything yourself. You need systems. You need processes. You need tools that work whether you're there or not.
But here's what I kept seeing: my solo business clients, my photography clients, all the small business owners I knew were stuck trying to do it all themselves. They knew they needed help. They didn't know what that help looked like.

That's when I went all-in on AI.
